For this project we took an existing secondary building that housed offices on the main floor and an unfinished attic space upstairs.

As you can see from the before and after pictures, there was a new roof added as well as an exterior balcony overlooking the St. Clair River to each of the 2 suites.

Each suite has it's own bathroom and whirlpool as well as a fireplace for added comfort.
