An interesting home as it was the first true ICF (insulated concrete form) home that I had designed. We used Superforms (http://www.superformproducts.com) for the basement and standard framing for the main floor walls. This allowed for an extra deep 9'-0" high basement with above grade windows.

A Hambro concrete slab floor system with radiant floor heating was also installed ( http://www.hambrosystems.com ) which allows for a mononlithic floor structure.
